Important Information
Before commissioning a portrait, please read the below important information:

• Alternative sizes and specifications can happily be arranged upon request.
• Clear, close up photographs of the head and shoulders, showing any distinctive markings are required for an accurate portrait. Digital photos are acceptable, depending upon quality. The better the photo, the better the portrait!
• If the portrait is required for a specific date, please allow at least six weeks from commission to receipt of finished piece.
• Payment is by cheque. A deposit of £50 is required when the order is placed and final payment is due within two weeks of receipt of a satisfactory final product.
• Prices quoted are for close ups of the subjects’ head and shoulders only.
• Prices are inclusive of packaging in a plastic clip frame, but do not include final framing.
• All orders are sent by Royal Mail. You will be contacted before the portrait is sent to make sure you are available to receive it.
• Prices do not include delivery, which is £10 per item.
